01 / Profile

The computational pipeline behind BCMG AI.

I design and write the full stack myself as a practicing pathologist—from whole-slide ingestion and native-resolution processing through model training, spatial analysis, heatmaps, quantification, and reporting. An RTX 5090 workstation with high-capacity system and GPU memory, fast NVMe storage, and ample compute runs deep pathology research and gigapixel slides at full scale.

About me

I founded BCMG AI to develop and apply computer vision in pathology. My work spans whole-slide imaging, model and algorithm development, image analysis, companion diagnostics, multiplex workflows, and laboratory implementation. I also work directly with technical teams on validation, quality, and clinical operations.

BCMG biorepository

Human tissue for validation and biotechnology research

Through BCMG, I own and operate a biorepository of more than 40,000 tissue blocks sourced through community practices in Southern California. Blocks representing human cancers and diseases across multiple organ systems are available for purchase for validation and biotechnology research. I also work with a network of pathology tissue and data purchasers and suppliers.
